Depending on the model and configuration, the sofa modules are attached with suitable connecting elements, for example with crocodile connectors or Velcro elements. The necessary connecting elements are included and ensure that the modules remain securely in place during daily use. At the same time, the elements can easily be separated from each other, so that you can rearrange your sofa at any time without complications.

Yes. The covers of the Livom sofas are removable, washable, and interchangeable. This makes daily maintenance simple, and allows you to give your sofa a fresh look later on with a new color or fabric.

Remove the covers from the sofa and sort them by color if necessary. Close or cover the Velcro strips so they do not snag on the fabric. Turn the covers inside out, place them in the washing machine, add a suitable detergent, and select a delicate cycle at 30°C with the lowest possible spin speed. Shake out the covers after washing and let them air dry. Do not tumble dry, do not bleach, and do not iron.
For extra protection, we recommend using a laundry bag.

You can use powder detergent, delicate detergent, liquid detergent, or laundry strips. To protect the quality of the fabric, it is best not to use fabric softener or bleach.

Should I wash the cover in the washing machine immediately if there is a stain?
No, in most cases that is not necessary. Fresh stains can often be removed with just a clean cloth and some water. Gently dab the spot instead of rubbing. For more stubborn stains, we recommend our Livom care products, such as the textile or foam cleaner. If a more thorough cleaning is required, you can simply wipe down the cover and wash it at 30°C on a delicate cycle.

For everyday stains on textiles, we recommend the Livom care products. The textile cleaner is suitable for stubborn water- and oil-based stains and is bleach-free. You can use the foam cleaner for common stains such as coffee, red wine, soft drinks, jam, fruit, and berries. Always follow the instructions on the product and test the cleaner on an inconspicuous area first.

All Livom fabrics are suitable for households with pets. Our covers are robust, easy to care for, removable, and washable. Pet hair can usually be easily removed with a lint roller or a damp cloth. Should a cover ever become damaged or heavily soiled, you can order a replacement separately.

How can I protect my floor against marks and scratches?
To prevent marks and scratches, we recommend using protective glides or felt glides under the feet of the Sofa on. These can be found in most hardware stores and are best replaced over time once they are worn out. Sofas with wooden legs are already supplied with these glides.

As soon as your sofa arrives at the shipping company’s warehouse and the delivery routes have been planned, you’ll receive an email or a phone call about a week before delivery to schedule a time. If the suggested date doesn’t work for you, you can arrange a new delivery date directly with the shipping company. Please note that this may delay delivery by about 2–3 weeks.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact desired delivery date. You can indicate your preferred delivery period in the order note or via our customer service.
We try to take your wishes into account as much as possible when planning. Because our transporters bundle deliveries regionally and plan their routes efficiently, the final delivery date may differ. This method helps us avoid unnecessary journeys and make delivery as sustainable as possible.

Delivery and installation are free for you. Our installation teams will deliver to you Sofa directly to your home and professionally assembled on site.

Yes, of course. We can store your sofa for free for up to 3 months from the order date after production.
If you would prefer delivery at a later date, please indicate your desired delivery period in the order notes or inform our customer service. This is the only way we can take this into account during planning.

For returns, the actual shipping costs up to a maximum of 300 euros will be charged. Please ensure that the street is accessible so that our team can pick up the sofa.
Personalized sofas and covers are excluded from the right of return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard version on the Livom website. Examples of this include different colors, customized dimensions, or individual configurations from the configurator.
