Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

Withdrawal Instructions
For the product group sofas, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within one hundred days without giving any reason. For all other products (with the exception of personalized products), the statutory return period of fourteen days applies.

Personalized furniture is excluded from return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it differs from the standard version on the Livom website. Examples include different colors, modified dimensions, or any individual configuration in the configurator.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (livom möbel ag, de@livom.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a written notice (e.g., by email). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you. The refund will be made once the product has been received in our warehouse and inspected for possible damage.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will any fees be charged for this refund.

You can organize the return shipment yourself or, if desired, have livom möbel ag arrange it for the product group sofas. In this case, the actual pickup costs charged by the carrier, up to a maximum of EUR 300.00, will be billed. Please inform our customer service at de@livom.com if you would like us to organize the pickup.

Products delivered by parcel post must be returned or handed over by the customer at their own expense without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what was necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We reserve the right to deduct the costs of damaged returns from the amount to be refunded.

Warranty
We want you to be able to rely on your new sofa for many years. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty on the sofa frame.
Covers, cushions, and all other components are covered by a 2-year warranty.
