Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
Withdrawal instruction
For the product sofas, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. For all other products (excluding personalized products), the statutory return period of fourteen days applies.
Personalized furniture as well as replacement covers are excluded from return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it differs from the standard version on the Livom website. Examples include different colors, modified dimensions, or any individual configuration via the configurator.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (livom möbel ag, de@livom.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a written declaration (for example, by email). If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you (for example, by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you. The refund will be made once the product has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected for possible damage. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will any fees be charged for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You can arrange the return shipment yourself or, if desired, have livom möbel ag arrange it for the product group sofas. In that case, the actual pickup costs charged by the carrier, up to a maximum of EUR 300.00, will be billed. Please inform customer service at nl@livom.com if you would like us to organize the pickup.
Products delivered by parcel post must be returned or handed over by the customer at their own expense without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.
You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct the costs of damaged returns from the amount to be refunded.
Return policy for Outlet & Showroom models
Unfortunately, we cannot grant a right of return for showroom models and outlet products (B-stock).
