General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (GTC) of livom möbel ag as the seller and you as the customer apply to all orders in the Livom online shop and to purchases for which livom möbel ag has declared these GTC to be applicable.
Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all services provided by livom möbel ag in the Livom online shop and become effective upon the conclusion of a contract. Deliveries, services, and offers by livom möbel ag are made exclusively on the basis of these GTC, even if they are not expressly agreed again. By submitting an order to livom möbel ag, you confirm that you have read these GTC and explicitly agree to them.
Conclusion of the Contract
All information on goods and prices during the ordering process is non-binding and subject to change. Purchase contracts are concluded upon acceptance of your order by livom möbel ag. Acceptance is confirmed by email and becomes binding thereafter. Any delivery obstacles will also be communicated as soon as possible by email. By placing your order, you confirm that you are aware of the scope and content of your order. Any questions about this can be clarified with us in advance.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery
Delivery of your sofa is free, provided that access for a 3.5-ton vehicle is guaranteed without additional effort or cost. Delivery is carried out by a two-person handling service directly into your living room.
Delivery conditions
- Any special delivery requirements must be communicated in advance; otherwise delays or additional costs may arise.
- Delivery is possible up to the 5th floor without an elevator. From the 6th floor onward, delivery is to the curbside only.
- The maximum carrying distance is 150 meters. If the distance is greater, this must be agreed in advance.
- If these conditions are not met, delivery may be restricted or additional costs may apply.
- Preferred delivery dates are not guaranteed for sustainability reasons, but will be considered in route planning where possible.
Acceptance of delivery & inspection of goods
Check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness and any damage. Defects or transport damage must be documented directly at delivery and reported to our customer service within 24 hours.
Not present at delivery
If you are not present, the delivery may be handed over to a neighbor with written authorization. Otherwise, a new delivery will be required and additional costs will apply. If a delivery appointment is not kept or is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, an administration fee of EUR 250 will be charged. A new delivery date will be arranged only after payment of this fee.
Address changes
After confirmation of the delivery date, address changes are no longer possible. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping for orders above EUR 500.
- For orders below that amount, shipping costs of EUR 10 apply.
Delivery delay
In exceptional cases, delays may occur. In such situations, no claims for damages or compensation can be submitted. We will inform you as early as possible.
Prices
All prices include the legally applicable VAT. livom möbel ag reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price valid at the time of order applies.
Payment Terms
Available payment methods:
- Invoice purchase (subject to credit check)
- PayPal
- Credit card (via Stripe)
- iDEAL
- Possible advance payment by bank transfer
For advance payment, the payment period is 7 days. If payment is not received within this period, livom möbel ag reserves the right to cancel the order. Any transfer fees are at your expense.
Retention of Title; Set-Off; Right of Retention
For consumers, we retain ownership until full payment has been made. For entrepreneurs, legal entities, and institutions under public law, we retain ownership until all outstanding claims have been settled.
Set-off is permitted only with undisputed or legally established counterclaims. A right of retention applies only within the same contract.
In case of payment default, all claims become immediately due.
Warranty & Guarantee
The warranty period is 24 months unless stated otherwise. Damage must be reported in writing within 10 days. Warranty claims expire in cases of improper use or normal wear and tear. Outlet items are excluded.
Minor Model Deviations
Design changes by manufacturers are possible and are not subject to our liability.
Care / Use
livom möbel ag is not liable for incorrect care or improper handling of the products.
Tree Planting
For each product we plant two trees via OneTreePlanted or other partners.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (§ 13 BGB).
Withdrawal instruction
- For sofas: right of withdrawal within 100 days.
- For all other products (excluding personalized products and covers): 14 days.
- Personalized furniture and covers are excluded from withdrawal.
From 04.09.2025, the following applies: return costs for sofas are capped at a maximum of EUR 300, depending on transport.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, all payments will be refunded once the product has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The return shipment can be arranged by the customer, or—for sofas—by livom möbel ag against transport costs up to a maximum of EUR 300. Products delivered by parcel post must be returned by the customer within 14 days at their own expense.
Any depreciation caused by improper use may be deducted from the refund amount.
Withdrawal for Outlet & showroom models
No right of withdrawal applies to outlet and showroom models.
Data Protection
livom möbel ag processes customer data carefully in accordance with applicable legislation. No data will be passed on to third parties.
Marketing
We reserve the right to use your email address and telephone number for marketing purposes (newsletter, offers).
Product Reviews
After purchase, we send automatic emails asking customers for a review. livom reserves the right to use reviews for marketing purposes.
Consent upon creation of a customer account (including Google login)
By creating a customer account – including registration via a Google account – the customer agrees that Livom Möbel AG may contact them in connection with their customer account as well as to provide information, offers and news via email and SMS.
The customer may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future, in particular via an unsubscribe link in the respective messages or by contacting Livom Möbel AG.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy of Livom Möbel AG.
General Liability
livom möbel ag is not liable for indirect or consequential damage unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
Amendment of the GTC
livom möbel ag reserves the right to amend these GTC unilaterally at any time.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
The legal relationship is governed by Austrian law in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and Swiss Civil Code (ZGB). The competent court is in Switzerland. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
