Our sofas are produced in Europe by our manufacturers, who specialize in sofas.

You will receive a call from our carrier approximately one week before delivery. If the appointment doesn't work for you, you can easily schedule a new date with them. Please note that this new date may be 2-3 weeks later.

We recommend washing the covers at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle.

The elements are easily connected with Velcro or crocodile fasteners. These hold together perfectly, and even jumping children won't cause the elements to slide apart. 😉

Of course, you can reorder individual covers or freshen up the entire sofa with a new colour.

That depends on the type of stain. Small stains are easily removed with a damp cloth, a little dish soap, and circular motions. Otherwise, you can simply remove the separate cover containing the stain, put it in the washing machine, and then put it back on the sofa clean.

All fabrics are pet-safe. Hair can be easily removed with a lint roller or a damp cloth. Moreover, the fabrics are so tightly woven that cat claws can't easily scratch the lining. And if a spot does get damaged, you can easily replace the cover, and the sofa will look as good as new. Furthermore, all fabrics are super practical because you can simply wash them if your four-legged friends get them dirty.

1. Remove the sofa covers (and sort them by color if necessary)
   
2. Fold the Velcro over so that it doesn't get caught anywhere
   
3. Turn cover inside out
   
4. Place the cover in the drum
   
5. Add detergent*
   
6. Select a delicate wash program at 30°C, adjust the spin speed to minimum, start, and wait…
   
7. Shake out the covers and preferably hang them up in the fresh air and let them dry
   
8. No ironing – re-upholster the sofa immediately and enjoy

To prevent your cover from losing quality, we recommend avoiding the use of fabric softener and bleach.

To prevent marks and scratches on the floor, we recommend placing felt protectors under the feet. These can be purchased at any hardware store. Over time and with use, the felt pads wear out and need to be replaced.

Our sofas with wooden legs are already supplied with felt protectors.

You can view our various fabric samples right there and take them home. Alternatively, we offer the option of ordering free fabric samples through our website, which will be delivered directly to your home.

Velcro fasteners are always included. If you need more, you can order them from us free of charge at any time.

Any sofa can be ordered in any color you like, at no extra cost. Simply specify this in the order notes, and the sofa will be produced accordingly. Please note, however, that personalized sofas are not returnable.

All sofa dimensions can be found on our homepage under the specifications section for each sofa. You'll also find instructions for adjusting the sofas there.

If the sofa is too small, you can expand it with any additional elements you like. If you'd like to order extra elements, simply email us with the desired elements, fabric, and color. We'll then create a personalized order link for you so you can order your sofa online.

Out of respect for the environment, we cannot specify a specific delivery date, but we always try to take this into account as best as possible.

Delivery and installation are completely free with us. Please note that the street must be accessible to vehicles.

For the return shipment, the actual transportation costs up to a maximum of 300 euros will be charged.

Please note that the street must be accessible so our team can collect the sofa without any problems. Personalized sofas and covers are excluded from returns. A sofa is considered personalized if it deviates from the standard version on the Livom website. Examples include different colors, custom dimensions, or any individual configuration in the configurator.

If you want to have your old sofa removed, you can easily book this during the ordering process for an additional charge of 200 euros.

We can store the sofa for up to three months from the date of order until delivery. After that, we must deliver it.

The warranty is 5 years.

Yes, we do not use animal products in the production of our products.
