Just note that the street must be accessible so that our team can pick up the sofa without any problems. Personalized sofas and covers are excluded from returns. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard variant on the Livom website. Examples of this are different colors, custom dimensions or each individual composition in the configurator.
