Our sofas are produced in Europe by our manufacturers, who specialize in sofas.

Delivery times are only stated on the relevant product pages. Please note the information provided there, as it is not binding and may differ. About a week before delivery you will receive a call from our carrier. If the appointment does not suit you, you can easily arrange a new date with him. Please note that this new date may be 2-3 weeks later.

We recommend washing the covers at 30 degrees in a gentle cycle.

That depends on what kind of stain it is. You can easily remove small stains with a damp cloth, a little washing-up liquid and circular movements. Otherwise, you can simply remove the individual cover with the stain, put it in the washing machine and then put it back on clean Sofa pull.

All fabrics are suitable for pets. The hairs can be easily removed with a lint roller or a damp cloth. Moreover, the fabrics are so tightly woven that cat nails cannot simply scratch out the interior. And if a spot does become damaged, you can easily replace the cover in question and see Sofa look like new again. In addition, all fabrics are super practical, because you can simply wash them if your sweet four-legged friends stain them.

To prevent your cover from losing quality, we do not recommend the use of fabric softener and bleach.

To avoid prints and scratches on the floor, we recommend that you place felt protectors under the legs. You can buy these at any hardware store. Over time and with use, the felts wear out and need to be replaced.

Our sofas with wooden legs are already supplied with felt protectors.

You can easily check the status of your order online at any time. To do this, go to our page Order status and enter your order number there.

There you will find all important information about your order and the current delivery status. As soon as something changes, for example when your order has been packed or transferred to the carrier, you will automatically receive an update by email.

You have the option to view our various fabric samples directly on site and to take them with you immediately. Alternatively, we offer you the option to order free fabric samples via our website, which will be delivered directly to your home.

Velcro closures are always included. If you need more, you can reorder them from us at any time for free.

Each sofa can be ordered in the desired colors at no extra cost. Simply mention this in the order note and the sofa will be produced immediately. However, please note that personalized sofas are excluded from returns.

All dimensions of the sofas can be found on our homepage under the relevant sofa specifications. You will also find a manual for adjusting the sofas.

If the sofa is too small, you can expand it with any desired element. Even if you want to order additional elements, you can easily send us an email with the desired elements and the fabric Color that you want. We will then create a personal order link for you, so that you can order your sofa online.

Out of respect for the environment, it is not possible for us to set a desired delivery date, but we always try to take this into account as best as possible.

Delivery costs and installation are completely free with us. Please note that the street must be accessible to vehicles.

The actual transport costs up to a maximum of 300 euros will be charged for the return shipment.

A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard variant on the Livom website. Examples of this are different colors, custom dimensions or each individual composition in the configurator.

If you want to have your old sofa removed, you can easily book this during the ordering process at an additional cost of 200 euros.

We can store the sofa for a maximum of 3 months from the order date until delivery. Then we have to deliver them.

The warranty is 5 years.
