Our sofas are produced in Europe by our manufacturers, who specialize in sofas.

Delivery times are only stated on the relevant product pages. Please note the information provided there, as it is not binding and may differ. About a week before delivery you will receive a call from our carrier. If the appointment does not suit you, you can easily arrange a new date with him. Please note that this new date may be 2-3 weeks later.

To prevent your cover from losing quality, we do not recommend the use of fabric softener and bleach.

To avoid prints and scratches on the floor, we recommend that you place felt protectors under the legs. You can buy these at any hardware store. Over time and with use, the felts wear out and need to be replaced.

Our sofas with wooden legs are already supplied with felt protectors.

There you will find all important information about your order and the current delivery status. As soon as something changes, for example when your order has been packed or transferred to the carrier, you will automatically receive an update by email.

You have the option to view our various fabric samples directly on site and to take them with you immediately. Alternatively, we offer you the option to order free fabric samples via our website, which will be delivered directly to your home.

Velcro closures are always included. If you need more, you can reorder them from us at any time for free.

Every Sofa can be ordered in the desired colors at no extra cost. Simply mention this in the order note and the Sofa is then produced in this way. However, please note that personalized sofas are excluded from returns.

If the Sofa is too small, you can expand it with any desired element.
