Sofa Harvey

De bank zit super comfortabel en de levering was probleemloos. De stof voelt hoogwaardig en zacht aan. Ook de koopervaring in de winkel was geweldig, met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. We zijn erg tevreden!!

Droomsofa samengesteld

Na lang zoeken naar een bank met afneembare hoezen kwam ik online bij Livom terecht. Een afspraak in de showroom in Hamburg was voor mij belangrijk om de materialen in het echt te kunnen zien. Dat was super eenvoudig te regelen en in Hamburg kreeg ik een ongelooflijk empathisch en deskundig advies. Samen hebben we een droomsofa samengesteld, die vervolgens ook besteld is. De levering werd per mail afgestemd en ook de datum en het tijdstip werden nagekomen. Bij de montage hebben de monteurs me echt indruk gemaakt: super stipt, vriendelijk, snel en alles schoon achtergelaten. We zijn heel, heel blij met onze nieuwe blikvanger.

Hartelijk dank voor je geweldige terugkoppeling! We vinden het fantastisch om te horen dat je van het advies tot en met de levering zo tevreden was – en vooral dat je jouw droomsofa hebt gevonden. Ik was eerst sceptisch om een bank via internet te bestellen... Ik had hem tevoren niet gezien en er niet op gezeten. Maar ik vond het geweldig dat je hem zo kunt samenstellen dat hij precies in de woning past – en dat doet hij. Ik heb mijn droomsofa gevonden en doe hem niet meer weg. How long are the delivery times?

You can find the current delivery time directly on the relevant product page. Because availability and production capacity can change constantly, the delivery time indicated there is always the most reliable indication for your chosen sofa. Furthermore, after your order, we will keep you informed of the status and delivery via email.

At what temperature can I wash the covers?

We recommend washing the covers at 30°C on a delicate cycle.

How are the sofa modules connected to each other?

Depending on the model and configuration, the sofa modules are attached using suitable connecting elements, such as crocodile clips or Velcro fasteners. The necessary connecting elements are included and ensure that the modules remain securely in place during daily use. At the same time, the elements can be easily detached from each other, allowing you to rearrange your sofa at any time without complications.

Can I reorder individual covers?

Yes, you can reorder separate covers at any time. If you want to give your sofa a new look or replace a cover, simply contact our customer service and provide the desired fabric and color. We will then create a personal order link for you.
